Set is groovtasticly jammin, good quality as well. Sounds like a New Deal tease/cover in E-wall or d1t04, or maybe i just havent listened to them in that long. Either way great set
Reviewer: SpaceWrangler952 - - April 17, 2009
Subject: ridiculous
Saw them a couple weeks ago in Minneapolis and they threw down hard. This shit right here is ridiculous.

Subject: They rock it hard still
I recently heard of this band and saw them at the mishawaka near fort collins CO and they fuckin rocked the stage til four thirty in the morning. The energy was so intense and they definitely still have it. As for the guy that wrote that review saying maybe they lost their pep, well ya maybe they were having an off-night, but they defenitely still put on a good show. And i guarantee you everyone enjoyed being there :)

Subject: PNUMA
Pnuma is sick, but right now they are really starting to dissapoint me (2007-2008). I saw them recently, with not a single smile to the crowd or a single moment where i felt like they wanted to be there. I sensed something seriously wrong with the chemistry of them, and i dont know what to think of it. I remember seeing them in 2005 and 2006 when they had Ryan from Signal Path on guitar. THAT was the flame of the flames. They still used to throw down real good, but i hope they just had an off night when i saw them, cuz ive seen them bout half a dozen times or so now. And the last time i saw em, they just.....sucked really. Weird. I hope they look happy and full of energy next time i see them.

This show is good for starters though...i remember this one early in my discoveries of pnuma. still a good one if not, shows the strengths of all three without a guitar player

these guys not how to rip. drummer is mad tight and the dude on the keys can throw down. listen to d2t7 for a nice little push it tease. these guys are goin places, lets hope for some more sbd shows

Does anyone have the track names for both setlists? Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: check it out
i saw these guys in Jacksonville Beach.. and i have to say im pretty impressed.. they have sort of a funkier new dealesque sound.. my only problem with this band is that they are too heavy on the funky electric piano sound.. if they were to add more synthy layering they would be incredible.. that is what separates them from the new deal, plus age.. these guys are still young and have time to really discover their sound
Reviewer: gsvguitar - - February 24, 2006
Subject: nice
good digs. I've yet to really get into the trancy jam scene, but these guys sound good. Very much like new deal. drummer is fing tight. I would definitely like to see these guys live. Worth the dl.

Subject: PNUMA!
yeahyah!
this recording is good, but Id definately like to hear a crispy aud recording from these guys.
Band itself sounds very good and tight. Im really excited to see them in a few days, and hopefully be able to provide that crispy aud recording.

Subject: Amazing
I saw Pnuma once in Memphis, and they put on an incredible show. Sound quality is great for most of the show, except for a few random seconds of cutting spread throughout. Maybe it was just a bad download.

I used to play with Lane before Pnuma, and I am now kicking myself for not taking it more seriously. I didnt realize that he was this good!! I think these guys have a bright future.

Subject: pnuma is the SHIT/ setlist correction
pnuma is some fucking fire, cant wait to see them. the disc2 track3 isnt just an improv, its actually an STS9 cover of an old song Call, but they tweak it out nicely, so you could say its Call>improv.

pnuma is fuckin hot right now. caught them at bisco and they were the shit. when i say hot imena fucking hot like i wanna suck these guys dicks off ben is kind of an asshole but i love asshole. and alex i would take his kosher dill anyday. Lane is like Zack Vilmer fucked Joe Russo in the ass and they had a red headed butt baby that they couldn't give away to Satin so he teamed up with Pnuma and changed the way mankind will look at music forever. Look for me dancin front and center wearing a g string and a chicked head with Pnuma tattooed on my ass.

Subject: These guys aren't kidding
These guys are insane.....insane. It's like The New Deal, STS9, and Signal Path all came together and had a child. And, that child is Pnuma. It's hard to imagine....all those bands in one; that's why you need some pnuma in your collection. So mello it's unreal. Disc 2 track 5.....that's all i got to say.

finally we get some live pnuma... amazing band. Hate to say it but i like them more than sts9. These kids can't even buy a beer yet they just graduated from highschool 2 or 3 years ago. Gonna be amazing in another 2 or 3 years.
Reviewer: Jed Turlach - - August 29, 2005
Subject: Good stuff!
As for the quality of the recording itself (audio integrity and whatnot), it seems to be quite good.
As for the music, it helps fill that niche that I've been looking for between the syncopations, melody, and ever-changing that are so prevalant in jazz and sadly lacking in much of electronica...
I hope you guys put out more stuff!
Reviewer: NMALLSTARER - - August 23, 2005
Subject: Track Names
Is it possible to get Lane on here and put down the list of track names or someone else who knows this stuff??
